probably after a team wears a certain uniform then after they can put it in the game and then they release it through the uniform store

The Defaults sets are replaced, the uniform pieces aren't. You can still access the old ones but the new looks are the defaults (You'd have to manually select the pants you mention).

The issue isn't with the content its with the title update. The update made it so they could include more uniforms in the packs they offer for download than what the title update that added the Uniform Store allowed them to.

Going forward the packs should be available on the same day for both systems the issue here is that Xbox cleared the title update quickly and Sony took their time.

while obviously Alabama and UCLA are on two different levels, UCLA is still a very solid team and no one should be looked down upon for losing to them, especially when Taylor Martinez is their QB.

Very cool. Not that I will probably ever use any of these teams in the game but it's good to at least see EA giving a crap about updates.

glad FIU got a new uni in the pack. We don't get much respect around the country even though we are on the rise. In the last 2-3 years we have had the 2nd most wins of all school in the state behind FSU.
