True, but I think we can all agree the way the game has always handled the no huddle has been slightly "gamey". Whether it is a bug are not, the QB barking orders, the QB, WRS, etc looking to side line for call should be part of it.

Since the likely hood of having those animations in the game the WRs looking to the QB for the call makes up instead of them looking to sideline. Granted it should not happen on spikes though.

If the coach is set as an aggressive no huddle coach (in coach settings) they do look to the sidelines to get the play. Those animations have been in the game for 2 years now.

If a home team is running no huddle and having trouble hearing every single play, that's undoubtedly a bug, as it would never happen in reality.
This isn't completely true. Plenty of teams run a no huddle where something is signaled into the QB and the QB relays information.

You are right in that many college teams run a successful no huddle though.

I do think this is something of a hiccup. Not really a bug/glitch. A glitch would be how they screwed up no huddle last year. I don't want this patched at all in the event it damages something even more. I'm actually satisfied.

Through a couple games of Dynasty play...
  • Defense feels fantastic. The CPU Offense seems smarter, and the screen play issue seems just about gone (had one instance vs Texas A&M where the QB tried to run out of a screen play).
  • The deep ball issue is still there. In the play now games, it seemed perfect, but in Dynasty the CPU safeties seem to come up about two steps too far. At that point, any WR with decent speed just smokes them.
  • I've ran a few end arounds and bubble screens and definitely have had more success running them.
  • All in all, the patch seems to have done a good job of cleaning up a lot of issues, and not creating any new ones. Still, it's curious to me that the main focus of the patch seems to not work. I'll give it a few more games before I give up hope, however.

And to all of those saying you're still having issues, I would ask you to look at the safeties awareness ratings and play recognition ratings also. I think EA actually made this matter this game.

Phobia I agree it isn't all that bad and I can live with it. Just would be cool maybe if we can differentiate between good spread and bad spread teams.

While I think thats a good point, I just played a game against Georgia and Rambo was playing his zone with little success. Its weird, the only times it really seems broken our in a cover 2 zone there the safety just takes that step forward that breaks the coverage. I wish I was insane here, but I've now seen it in three different games about 60% of the time on a streak route.

Anyone in Dynasty seeing something different?

It has nothing to do with ratings and all to do with gameplan. This was established. All ea has to do is stop the CPU from switching game plan to aggressive. Thats it.
