TeamBuilder and Game Length ?

I have two separate questions?

1. Teambuilder, all (ok, most) my guys are from OH, can I change that?

2. About how long does a user v user game take, 7 mins. No chew clock.

1. Not sure if you can on the website, but I know in game you can only edit them in dynasty and what not.

2. Maybe about an hour? There are variables to consider of course but I would say it should take about a hour
