I guess that makes the demo "mute".

I am serious. Another definition of mute is "without sound" or having no relevance.

I agree. The crowds do look awful. Most of the stadiums do as well. Lots of jaggies in this game. Overall, it smells like the same fart EA floated last year.

Seriously? I would hate to see this thread get closed over the definition of the word mute.. Keep it on topic guys.

Re: NCAA Football 13 Demo Is Out, Post Your Impressions Here/Grammar Debate Thread

I'm worried I'm overplaying the demo and the real game will get stale. Gameplay is so much better, and this is with default sliders.

Hard to really judge the demo, especially if it's on VARSITY default. I liked the kick returns. I liked the running/tackling game and animations. Besides the revamped trajectories, the passing game still needs work. The CPU does not get a good enough pass rush, so I have all day to throw. Incomplete passes (or should I say bad throws) are few an far between. I hope sliders will make a difference because this game could be serviceable. I still hate the kick game. It's too easy. Kicking FG's have been automatic since '07. The only way to miss is if you're out of range. Replays still suck. Why does EA insist on using those close up, cut replays. They need to, at the very least, use a variety of camera angles and full (wire) replays.

I absolutely hate the running animations. They have gotten worse in my opinion def a top priority next year...hopefully

Qb completion stats in the game updates worry me. Most of the time they are like 13/30 , 18/45 and that's the winning qb with 300 yds.
