I think you've done some fantastic work. I'm sure much of this is obvious to the seasoned NCAA gamer, but your audience is probably someone who hasn't played this game 24/7 for 10 years.

Find a better microphone setup. There is a lot of background noise from mic that is washing out your voice. You have constructive things to say, so try to find a better recording setup. You may consider filming the video and adding voice in later.
