Redshirt / Juniors?

I'm starting an LA Tech Dynasty and they have around a dozen WRs...

I'd like to redshirt a couple juniors as a result...

Do juniors that you redshirt have a tendency to leave as transfers?

my experiences in every NCAA game is red shirting doesn't have much effect on a guy transferring.

we had a guy in our dynasty that would redshirt true SRs even though they were the best players on his team. They would come back 5pts better the next year. "then we implemented a rule to only redshirt FR, transfers, and jucos."

Turns out the main guy in question is a transfer from Tulane that isn't eligible to play until 2012 ans will sit out this year IRL...

I'm glad I can mimic that by redshirting him without risk of losing him...
