Now...earlier, someone said the menus were moving quicker...are we talking all menus, including recruiting? The slowness of the recruiting menus was almost enough for me to dump the game.

They don't... to audible from a shotgun spread formation to an ace or Iform would almost take a complete change of personnel.

Like I said, the way they are describing it sounds more realistic to me.

Yes, almost all no huddle teams change huddle... the teams that run up tempo and never huddle do not run the same formation all game.

I really, really hope it is not a case of just stopping changes in formations. However, I do have had major problems with people going 5 WR to tight run formations in hurry up and it is a joke. Specifically someone going Quads to Maryland I using Florida, you can imagine how much fun it is to defend that.

Normal no huddle (for the intentions of speeding up the offense) generally wouldn't allow for substitutions. Obviously, IRL you could send a RB to the other side or split out wide or a TE could split out as a wide receiver, but generally speaking you would run a similar set until you took the time to sub-out. If you have time to sub, then the defense would have time to sub. This would be difficult to implement without just limiting the playcalling in the way that they have. I think it is clever of them. This is how it was before the patch.
