No. I really don't. I do remember a time before hard drives that you were stuck with every problem.

I think they could but they def won't bother like you said due to it being so late in this gen and they would just have to start over on the XBOX 720 and PS4. However I honestly wouldn't be shocked if 2K has been heavily investing R&D in a football engine since All Pro 2k8 with the hopes of rentering the market in future when the time presents its self.

Feels like waiting for release day all over again. Don't care for this feeling much.

I am starting to wonder if this delay is a strategic ploy by EA to get additional Madden sales. I mean how well has Madden actually done this year? Anyone know?

I know I may be "fishing" but it just seems like something this company would do.

I still feel like this will haunt them for years to come, because these issues combined with those from previous years, along with the PR disaster being the patch, I honestly think they have lost the trust of the consumer.

I for one have no plans to buy future EA games.

Why would they cut sports they are profiting in (NHL) while maintaining and upgrading a dead engine? It's possible, but the idea is really out there. If they rushed it out, using the exact same engine for APF, it won't compete with Madden. Honestly it's getting to the point where Mo-Cap should be non-existant. Computers are more than capable of physics integration and making the calculations quickly.

I wouldn't be shocked I mean madden did very well 1.4 mill and 12% launch increase as did NCAA do well. Sooo I'm thinking maybe EA drags there feet addressing bugs or even acknowledging them because they don't want alert casuals or people other wise oblivious that something is amiss with the products and that said issue may or may not be patchable...

Right but my thinking is that 2k may be putting R&D $ towards a new physics based engine not necessarily upgrading the old 2k5/All pro engine because that engine was very much showing its age in All pro football lol. And also the physics based engine could possible be applied to basketball as well.
