6 man online dynasty.
It's 11 weeks into the season.
We are recruiting on AA.
We all have 3 star teams, but we are recruiting like one star teams.
We all are ranked like 80s or 90s in recruiting with 4 people signed while every AI team has atleast 11 people signed.

What are we doing wrong?
What's most important in recruiting this year.
Do you have to offer schollies later than previous years?
Is swaying back to being super important?

Comparison recruiting is really important, but the most important is having the visits ASAP and really good visits + offer a scholie before the visit. As a 3* school you should be looking for mostly 3* and 4* recruits, also the pipeline states are really important. Tips on getting a good visit: Unlock of of your A pitches, win the game, play a good/rival team.
