Recruiting ratings spreadsheet

I made an Excel Spreadsheet of the recruiting rating translations into numbered ratings. This should help people with recruiting, especially if you are trying to decide between 2 guys.

It is an Excel file. It is compressed as a .rar file. Need a program called winrar to decompress.

Squat? As in, how much weight a player can squat? Is that info available for recruiting in the game?

It's pretty self-explanatory........

Squat-S is the squat for skill players.
Squat-L is squat for linemen.

You can see how much a player squats when you're selecting recruits for your target list.

That topic may help you.
