NCAA Football 12 Roster Glitch Confirmed, Patch to Address Concerns

Though this game is all types of F'ed up, it's not unplayable. One just can't enjoy the game from a "technical" standpoint. Sure, I'm now confined to playing with fake names, low ankle socks, and 1970's elbow pads, but isn't this where the game was going 4-5 years into our Dynasty. Yet, I'm tipping my hat to EA, bc they know how to sell overpriced demos to ppl like me. What really sucks is that even if it took EA one day to fix the issue, it still takes around 3 weeks for xbox to approve it. At this point I feel as if I'm wainting on the re-release of NCAA 12. No worries, until they sort of these "technical issues" I will be playing my College Football 2k12 by 2k sports. Wait! What? that doesn't exist, oh well c'est la vie.

Sorry guys, just logged into the forum and saw 70 pages of information regarding a batch. So basically any edit (ratings, equipment, name, etc) will affect the players tendecies in the game, correct?

If so, this is not good for EA sports NCAA Football series.

Will the patch fix the server issues that are causing so much trouble to Online Dynasties?

Seems to affect every position. I've been looking at the rosters and even CB's that were balanced are big hitters now, safties as well, just about everything, even kickers that are accurate are shown as power :P

Ok, well, that sounds global, lol. It's not a great thing by any means, but I can live with it. I've already finished a full year of the OD, and will have finished another one by the end of the month. At that point it's a non-issue really.

Still, I can see why this would be upsetting. Given the hype the editor got, someone certainly should have tested it to see what exactly happens when you make player edits.

@ ND Alum, as far as finding words for your feelings, I read your post and immediately thought of the following: "I am in a state of utter despondency." Is that close? A close second, if you want something more dramatic, might be "I feel gutted." (Good-natured humor intended--gotta put the otherwise useless English major to work).

Lol, its ok, I dont usually "cry or whine" about glitches but I knew this was a biggie and to be met with so much disbelief was infuriating. Anyway, this game is only playable on default rosters with no edits, so basically play now or dynasty with no names, generated names, and no edits.

I really hate that it has to be this way, this bug changes the whole structure of the game.
