NCAA Football 12 Roster Glitch Confirmed, Patch to Address Concerns

Just finished a game with Carson's roster where Denard scambled 1 time for 4 yards. I'll do a simulations of a couple seasons to see what I come up with.

But wow what a cluster this is. How does this not get through QA?! I can't wait for NCAA 13. I can hear Haumiller now in the first video:

We've been working hard this year to implement features that you, the fans, have been asking for. You all said you wanted a working player editor and we listened!

This year you can input player names and edit the player's class, height and weight, and equipment without it messing up their tendencies! Delete named roster.. Turn game off and back on.. Out of box rosters will then show up!

Year after year after year... when does it stop? What will it take to get the NCAA to relinquish the licensing rights to another company? I mean this is what we get from EA. It is like a never ending saga with the same drama year in and year out. It has simply become clear they do not test their games, patches, or tuners.

I have gotten to the point I am literally afraid to install any patches or tuners from this company and getting really close to writing them off all together.

I mean look at the issues we have this year:

Rosters, Can't edit players without tendencies changing
Deep Ball is automatic (Poor safety play)
Lighting and degradation is broken for those who have installed the patch
Possible issue with the pass coverage slider (broken)

What next EA? I really would like another company to begin developing a college football game.

Well...............right before halftime with 20 seconds left. He scrambles for 1 yard. I laid him out...............Out for the season apparently. Broken femur. hahahahah i tired guys. So for that whole half he scrambled on 3 plays and had 1 option where he ran. that brings the total to 5 for 22 yards with 4.4 avg

Could not agree with you more man. It's not supposed to be like that when you see a patch. It's so opposite of SCEA or 2k sports games. You buy one of these games and so you basically just sign yourself up for unintentional work.

Its sad that I can see something like this being in the NCAA 13 hype if they don't fix it now

Did you guy's ever think that EA may have done this on purpose? They are being sued for making the players look and play like their real life counterparts and that lawsuit ALSO includes the fact they make it so easy to edit players and make them play just like they do in real life. This is probably a precaution put into the game to make sure they are covered on all bases and I highly doubt they'll fix it. All the other glitches you guy's have mentioned I haven't seen. Not sure how many game's I've played but I've done 3 full seasons in RTG, 2 season's of my offline dynasty, and I'm at Week 11 in a online dynasty without a single glitch and shockingly life like stats.

The team's seem to play fine on my roster because players like Denard Robinson that was used here have nearly 800 rushing yards so that tell's me even though his tendency has changed he is still scrambling. Going off last year's stats for team's so far in my current dynasty everything is nearly spot on or within 50 yards of where it should be.
