Need Community Help For Crash After Press Start

Hi. I'm the NCAA Football 12 developer that's looking into the crash/freeze after Press Start. Here is a YouTube video of the crash:

I need someone in the NCAA Football community who is currently getting this crash to come forward and be willing to help me find a solution for it. I think this crash is related to roster files, so what I need is for someone who is getting this crash to upload each of their roster files one-at-a-time until we find the one that is causing the crash.

Please reply in this thread or PM me if you are getting this crash and want to help me fix it. Also, let's keep this thread limited to discussion just about the crash after Press Start.

It was freezing for me every time at the loading screen. I deleted all of my rosters and my game now loads

Yes, deleting your rosters does fix the problem, but I need someone who HASN'T deleted their rosters yet to help me get a fix. Please, do not delete your rosters if you want to help me fix this bug.

I couldnt upload each of my roster files one-at-a-time because I couldnt get past the loading screen

I deleted them one at a time and tried it after each one (4 files) and it wouldnt load until i deleted all of them

I had the same problem and agree its in the Rosters, I deleted the cache and STILL cant get into the game without switching memory devices.

I found a way to fix the problem without deleting anything. All i did is:

-At the press start screen, when prompted to choose a save device, push B or back out.
-Continue to choose "Continue without saving" all the way through the favorite team select
-After three or four prompts, the game should start up fine
-Once inside the games main menu, go to settings, file management, and pick save. It will then ask you to choose a save device. Pick the device you use, then back out of the save. Everything should be fine then.
