Coaching Carousel for Online Dynasty

This seems to have the possibility of adding a new level of realism to the online dynasties. Are you planning on using it in your online dynasty? Would you impose any restrictions and if so what kind? I wonder if you could restrict people to head coaches because they might only get offered a coordinator job if they are fired. Do you think it could work if people in the dynasty were off and def coordinators. I know that if you play as a coordinator you only control that side of the ball, but what if 2 people who are both coordinators play each other?
