How do I run the read option if I'm constantly blitzed?

I've tried different things like setting my audibles to read option (audible to that out of a passing play), just running an off tackle play with the running back, using a slip screen, and running load option. I'm always blitzed trying to run the read option shotgun plays and that's been a big part of my game when playing with TCU, Auburn, etc. How do I counter this?

A lot of people walk up their DBs and press my receivers, so they don't get off the press in time and then I'm sacked.

And u can't hand it up the middle for yards? Also throw to ur back if they don't get off. Ost likely u have a speed advantage vs the LB.

Screens and quick pops to the Tight End are effective.

In a true spread offense if you recognize blitz, you run either speed option, or quick screen.

Getting blitzed to where you can't run successfully? Don't run the ball then

Use screens to the RB

Yeah unfortunately this is one of the reasons I don't play online. You get blitzed and pressed on every play. If a DC did that in real life he'd have 50 hung on him every game.

To counter it you go shotgun 5 wide and just run dump's all day. Stick, flood, curl ... those types of plays. If you have like the Mizzou or Notre Dame spread playbook (those are the first two off the top of my head) run the Quads against it and it's unstoppable.
