The green on the MSU jerseys is a little bright, but that may just be due to the lighting. Other than that it looks great.

Yes. I haven't played NCAA in the next gen yet though, but do they put names on the back if it's not a name? For example, in College Hoops 2k8 there wouldn't be names if it was PG #1, but if you made the player Kalin Lucas the name would show up.

In NCAA when using unnamed rosters you would see something like "QB #7" on the back of the jersey.
