1. When your on a phone call with a recruit there is sometime a symbol beside the pic of the recruit (where the 2X is, when it's a double point call). It looks like a white square, with a slot in the middle, then a arch to the left side.

Anyone know what that means?

2. I've heard people talk about upgrading your stadium in the off-season, to pump up your athletic facilities rating. How (or where) do you do that?

ps. One more question. Can you add names to the back of your teams jerseys? The team I'm playing with doesn't have names on the jersey in the game, but in real life they do.

1. Thats the lock which means some of the pitches were unlocked for you
and
2. Im pretty positive you can't upgrade your stadium or add names to your jerseys
