Stadium sounds

I have a bunch of stadim sounds but they stop working after about 3 or 4 plays. Anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is.

Re: Stadium sounds

PS3?

I suspect it has something to do with the number of mp3s on your hard drive. If you don't need a lot, delete (backup) the ones you rarely listen to and see if that helps.

It seemed to help me, as I would have them quit about every other game. I've played many games since getting rid of most of the mp3s on my hard drive and they've only stopped once since (and I'm not sure what caused that).

Also, you might want to avoid pausing your game as a sound is playing; if at all possible, let the sound finish before you pause.

These are just a couple of suggestions, mind you.

Re: Stadium sounds

This bugs the sh!t out of me. I have an ABC/CBS College Football Theme that plays at the beginning of the 4th. Stadium sound works about 25% of the time. Maybe 40% when I'm at home.

I guess I'll try deleting the files I never use like you said kestrel.

Re: Stadium sounds

I play on a 360 and stream my sounds from my PC (I have 19 sounds for every team in my conference + ND) and I haven't had any issues with them. If you're not on a 360 or aren't able to stream from your PC for whatever reason, then this probably doesn't do you any good, but I can verify that this setup works like a charm.
