Guys, what's the best defense against the option? I'm not talking about against the CPU, but against a human opponent.

Is it the 4-4? Do you spread the LB's out? 4-6?

What do you suggest?

4-4 or 3-4 that extra LB on the outside is hard to read

I like to run the 4-2-5 against the option. Seal the edge with the safeties, and stop the power with the LB's.
