I was trying to play my brother online and my PS3 restarted automatically about 5 times when I tried sending him a game invite or when I tried accepting his game invite. Tried different lobbys too.

I have never had this happen before. Anything like this happened to you guys yet? Very Frustrating!

Could this have anything to do with the system update required to install this afternoon at about 5:00 PM ?

this is happening to alot of people i have talked to online, you go to challenge someone in a lobby or you go to accept a challenge and it boots you back to the XMB.

Its a pretty widespread problem.
