Re: Question about Playbooks

Syracuse is the best for a pro-style run-oriented offense.

What he said. Texas tech's is great for a passing offense, but thats a given.

Re: Question about Playbooks

There's no such thing as a "best playbook" -- any playbook and any play can be deadly if you master it.

I like Idaho's book for One Back and Troy's book for Air Raid (Troy's book is 99% identical to Texas Tech's book, only instead of Ace Big it has Wild Trojan).

Re: Question about Playbooks

I have to go with a pro style, and I had been using Fresno State's playbook. It is really good, but I think I would give Syracuse's the edge over it.

If anybody else has a favorite pro style playbook that is different I'd love to know it. With the limited number of plays in each playbook I like to switch it up every now and then.

I've always loved South Carolina's but there are a few interesting ones this year...

Believe it or not Texas A&M's playbook is pro style & my personal favorite.
