Recruiting Grades, Bench, and Squat

Has anyone figured out a general conversion for what the bench max and squat max effects or means? And also what would a C generally mean towards a specific rating attribute, such as Tackling: C-

If this has been discussed before I apologize.

Re: Recruiting Grades, Bench, and Squat

I'm pretty sure bench is strength and squat is like a position specific rating, like block shedding hit power impact blocking break tackle. I haven't tested this, but that would be my guess.

Interesting okay. That makes sense I remember someone talking about how squat determined the tackle rating for linebackers. I was just hoping maybe someone had a more complete idea.

On NCAA 09 i'm pretty sure it was something like this for the grades-attributes (or close).

A+ 95-99
A 90-94
A- 85-89
B+ 80-84
B 75-79
B- 70-74
C+ 65-69
C 60-64

etc.

Not sure if I'm missing something, but when I'm searching available recruits the only letter grade I see is for awareness.
I get the 40 time and the bench and squat weights.

Where do I need to look for the letter grades?

When you go to your recruiting board and press Y for "more info" on the individual player, it brings up the list of school's he is being pursued by and how far or behind you are from them. If you press LB or RB to scroll over, it will get you to the letter grade-style attributes.
