Cant log into my online dynasty on easports.com???

I correctly put in the online pass code on the ps3 and it successfully went through, but when i go on easports.com to log into my dynasty it says that i have not entered the code yet. I have my profile correctly set up to my online ID. Anyone else have this problem?

Yea, I am having the same problem on 360. I even changed the password for my EA account through the EA menu in the game. Everybody else in my Dynasty can log in and do it, so I don't think its a system issue.

I just contacted EA support and of course they say that "the account is fine from their end" but they are escalating it? They are going to get back to me within 24 - 48 hours. I will post back my findings then.

OK, I think I have the fix for you, this is what worked for me.

1. Go to EAsports.com and log in with your credentials.
2. In the upper right hand corner click on your user name to view your profile.
3. Once in your profile look on the left hand side under persona. Make sure your default profile is your user name on PS3/XBOX360, not on EA ID. Click the correct Persona and then try logging into your dynasty.

For example my default persona was checka2552 (on EA ID) once I switched it to checka2552 (on XBOX360) I was able to log into my dynasty and finally recruit. Sorry EA support to slow.
