i noticed this inside my dynasty. i thought it was in both.

Nope only online dynasty's, you can start an online dynasty by yourself tho and use the dynasty wire like that.

But then you lose out on Achievements, conference invites, etc.

I haven't seen the list this year, but last year the majority of achievements required to be achieved in an offline dynasty.
