I just bout the game for the 360 and I put it in and I had to do a system update. How would I know if I got the patch. I dont remember seeing anything telling me there was a patch, but I did have to do a system update. Seemed to do that twice actually.

if your logged into Xbox Live while you are in the game, then you have the patch. it wont let you be online if you don't have all the title updates for a game.
