has it been fixed? i started a dynast a month ago or so and it was ridiculous and i want to start another one but im wondering if the progression has been fixed or not. and if not is there anything i can do to reduce the effect

Progression has not been fixed and as far as I know there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue.
