New game missing disc?

My friend just bought this on the ps3 and claimed that there was no disc in there when he opened it....I've seen stuff like this happened before, but does anyone know if this has happened to NCAA 2010?

I wouldn't say it isn't impossible but I highly doubt that the disc was missing. If it was, I am sure if he took his receipt to the store that they would do something about it. If not, contact the publisher.

I have never heard of an unopened empty case, ever......

where did he get it from? i've never heard of it happening to this game but i have heard about getting empty cases for different games

its possible..people buy the game, take the disk out and have the package sealed again and return it..so its like its neva been opened and the person gets away with a free game

If he got it from gamestop, it's very likely. They have some crazy policy that let's the employees play the games then sell them as new.

Why does this matter? just take it back with the receipt and they'll give him a new one. It's not that hard...

i had that happen with a CD once, so it's not impossible.

Wouldn't be surprised if it happened.

Examples the gamestop policy previously mentioned. MY personal favorite, Walmart sold the same DS box with rocks and chinese newspaper in it 2x a few months ago.
