Cool Features in the old NCAA games

While I was obsessing about NCAA 2004, I was just thinking about how much better the game could be if only they kept all of the great features from the old Playstation NCAA Football games. Here's a run down of features that were on Playstation, but got removed in the move to PS2 (not including custom schedules and create-a-school, which weren't in NCAA 2002, but were in NCAA 2003):

- Mass substitutions
- Custom playbooks
- Create-a-play
- Neutral site games in season/dynasty mode
- Ability to save your favorite in-game moments
- Option for post-season tournament (although I love bowl games)

If these features can get put back in the next couple years, this game will be even more incredible. And for all you people who whine about EA refusing to remove a feature like Mascot mode, if all of these features could be crammed onto a PS1 CD, they could surely coexist with mascots on PS2.

From what I've read, there will be mass substitutions this year in NCAA 2004.

Neutral site dynasty games were in last year's version too weren't they?

The neutral site rivalries (CSU-CU, Army-Navy, OU-UT) were in the game. However, the old NCAA games had an option to schedule and choose a neutral site for any game that you wanted. For instance, USC could play Florida in New Jersey in dynasty mode. This couldn't be done in last year's game.
