The problem is that the fatigue system is broken and EA knows about it. We're hoping for a patch. There are threads here that will help out a little, but the def starters will usually play the whole game regardless. Another issue is that if you set the out and in too high guys decide to sit and drink powerade for the rest of the game. Good job EA. Thanks.

Re: subs

Don't set the "sub-in" value over 85. Any higher and the subbed player 99% of the time won't return. To me I don't think it's broken at all. If you've ever played real football, after the first 2 or 3 series you will never be back to 100%.

And Adam said fatigue and subs worked as planned.

I understand what you are saying. You make the claim that progressive fatigue is part of the code now sort of like FIFA has now, but how do you explain this? How is it that Def. players are never subbed out until the very end of the game, if at all? No way in hell does a def lineman play 99% or 100% of the snaps every game without coming out for a rest. The system is messed up. It did not work this way in the past. If the fatigue is supposed to work progressively I'm all for that, but for one EA has not confirmed that they implemented progressive fatigue to my knowledge.

Re: subs

They worked fine for me in 09 and I had players sub out where they were set too. This ('10) can't be right. You'd might as well turn fatigue off if this is the way it is intended to work.

If Adam said that this is the way the fatigue system should work that is disturbing. That's If he said that and I can't doubt you. No way this system is right. No way. Don't we all watch football?
