I'm still seeing horrible zone coverage post-patch. I played NCAA 2004 again and realized exactly what good zone coverage looks like and NCAA 2009 is huge step backward from the kind of zone and man coverage we saw 5 freaking years ago in this series.

My biggest gripe is I take the worst team in NCAA 2009 and beat the best team almost every time. In NCAA 2004 when I take the worst team and play the best teams I get pounded almost every time...that's how it should be.

I play on Heisman and sliders aren't the answer. Last gen defensive AI the defenders in zone tend to drift towards receivers. In next gen the defenders are stuck in their zones and unless the receiver is right next to them they don't even know there is a receiver in the area.

Could a defective roster cause my game to crash after the game is over, during the loading screens? Ever since I installed patch 2 my game freezes frequently, always during the loading screens after the game. Never in-game.

I havent really touched the game much since release, but after the patch i decided to give it another go. It feels alot more complete and while there are still some ******** issues, it plays alot better. I actually found myself FINALLY starting an FSU dynasty.

That's because they can jump 5 yards in any direction from a standstill so they don't have to know where a WR is.
