The CompUSA page has "Coming Soon" listed as the in-store availabilty date for the stores closest to me (West Nyack and White Plains in NY, Paramus and Totowa in NJ)...

Well my GameRush isnt getting it in until the 12th. I asked him if they might get it in early but he said "doubtful, there is a street date set so chances are they won't be changing it". Though with this CompUSA fiasco there is a small chance. (before anyone asks...I went with gamerush cause I could get $42 trade-in versus gamestop's $30, gamecrazy's $25 and ebgames $32)

I'll likely get it at EB Games on the 12th if I don't get it early. However, I think I'm about to drive around to kill time by going to the CompUSA's in the Memphis area.
