Past Bowls or Game History?

I'm going to assume that this is probably something in the 'wish list' thread but wanted to make sure in case I'm just missing it... Is there a place in the dynasty where you can see past bowl results? I know on the 'coach' tab you can see what bowl(s) you won in certain years but was curious if there's anywhere to get more info.

Thanks

Re: Past Bowls or Game History?

don't believe so, historical stats don't have many carryovers season to season.
I've always kept an end of the year savefile for each season.

Ex for my Fresno Dynasty:
Fresno2024
Fresno2025
ect for each year.

I also keep track with my spreadsheets, but that is manual.

Re: Past Bowls or Game History?

There is not much historical detail in the game and there never really was. It would be nice to review playoff history as well as coaching history. The Coach Stats shows the coaching records and they have added the coach's career playoff records this year (they never had the Bowl records of coaches). But you cannot view who they beat or lost to.

I have an old laptop with Open Office installed that I use to keep records of. I list my Coordinators and the years they coached with me as well as I track where they go. My first DC at Toledo took the DC job at Miami (OH) and my second DC just left to take the HC job at Penn State while my OC has been with me all four seasons.

I track my recruits as well as my team's game history. You made me realize I should be tracking every season's playoff results. I suspect they don't retain this information to conserve disk space on your console. The number of people who would be interested in this are probably visiting sites like Operation Sports on a daily basis to talk about our games, which is probably less than 10% of the people who purchased and regularly play the game.

This has always been one of the things 2k does so much better than EA.

I am really glad they added the history to Madden though it would be even better if they had team by team stat leaders for every year as well.

Would add so much replayability to the mode.

Re: Past Bowls or Game History?

Thanks all. I used to keep a detailed dynasty back in the '14 days. Seems rather simple to find a place to include such things but what do I know??
