What is the 2-PT play call on 16-13 with 5:00 left in the 4th?

2-PT to get to 16-15 and in shot of the next TD and 2-PT to tie if they score a TD, but if you miss you can tie it with a field goal at 16-13.

...or...

Kick the PAT and got 16-14 and hope your defense holds to get the winning FG at minimum?

Follow up, I went for it and 2-pt no good. And forced a punt with 3 minutes left, so that Quarterfinal playoff game is still at hand ha

I'd likely have done the same as you for the same reason. I tend to be slightly more aggressive with going for 2 for scenarios like that and others that are similar.

Another example that I know the analytics will disagree with me on is scoring a TD to go up 7. The book says kick the XP to go up 8. I typically always go for 2 if it's late because I'm already guaranteed the 7-point lead, most people don't go for 2 and the win if they do score on you, and if you go up 9, it's essentially game over. Risk is worth the reward for me despite what analytics may say, which is incredibly ironic coming from me.
