Brendan's Conference Realignment Guide (College Football 25)

This is the realignment guide for College Football 25. If you were looking for NCAA 12-14, here it is.

I do not own the game at the time of this writing, so some things may be off.

2025
  • UMass from Independent to MAC
  • Mountain West plays 8 conference games

2026
  • Boise State from Mountain West to Pac-12
  • Colorado State from Mountain West to Pac-12
  • Fresno State from Mountain West to Pac-12
  • San Diego State from Mountain West to Pac-12
  • Utah State from Mountain West to Pac-12
  • UTEP from Conference USA to Mountain West
  • Mountain West plays 7 conference games (full round robin)
  • Pac-12 plays 6 conference games (full round robin)
  • Pac-12 has a conference championship game

Notes
  • It's highly likely that the SEC moves to 9 conference games at some time in the near future, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
  • If customizable protected rivals are patched into the game, I'll add them to this guide.
