So I found a bug that prevents a player from improving in dynasty. The 4 players I have found that have done this were all Speed Rusher OLBs. Basically when you go to the player card and go to ratings tab the ratings never show up so I you can't see caps. This seems to prevent the player from ever spending points to upgrade. I'm playing as UNC and I moved Curtis Simpson to OLB since I changed to a 3-4 defense. He is now a SO(RS) and still a 65. This got my attention so I looked into it more. When I go to his ratings tab nothing shows up but in the top right he has 37 points banked. I fixed other players by changing positions and they'd spend the points when I advanced resulting in massive ratings changes. Since he is a real person I'll have to wait until the player position change part of the offseason to fix it. Currently in the semifinals and should finish the season tomorrow. Will update when I finish.
Might want to look into your rosters for players that are missing the ratings.
