EA Sports College Football 25 Team Roster Spreadsheet (Who's Still Missing?)

I don't know if anyone has created something like this (at least I haven't seen one) but I created a spreadsheet that includes roster information. I've completed Georgia, Ohio State, and Notre Dame to get it started. I'm hoping fans of the rest of the FBS can take some time and contribute to this project.

- Rosters are in numerical order according to the roster on the game itself, not the real life roster

- Notes on the right side is for info that reflects on real life roster, whether it's a different number, different position, or if a player has retired due to injury or been dismissed from team

- Players highlighted in red are generic players that don't actually exist

- Down at the bottom are real players who are not in the game. Also provided info on what grade they are in, number, and position they play. I'm assuming during the next roster update, a lot of freshman will get added. If someone is a senior, i'm assuming they opted out of the game.

There is a an example template down at the bottom that you can use to create the roster for your favorite team if you are so inclined. I appreciate anyone who wants to contribute to this.

We're working on our best guesses on who's still missing as well right here -- obviously the rosters in-game are only so big so some will be left off the video game rosters by default so it's a little guesswork.

Thanks for doing this.

For ND - the Srs. are not necessarily guys that opted out - Rubio, Heard and Rendell all were off the roster at roster cutoff for various reasons (Rubio left the team temporarily), Heard was finishing up school at Northwestern and Rendell was in limbo on scholarship issues coming over from down under. The 2 Sos. that aren't in the game (Mukam and Houstan) are both Canadian, and I heard there was an issue with Canadians being eligible for NIL money, so that could be their holdup. The other missing guys are all Frs. who likely didn't have paperwork done yet. Could be a team where everybody gets in if they remove the medically retired guys and walk-ons that aren't needed in-game Yoakam, Salerno (if Rendell is in), etc.

Re: EA Sports College Football 25 Team Roster Spreadsheet

Hopefully this could help save you some time. This is the document I have created.
LINK: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing

I copied every official roster off all of the team websites and have marked each player in the game with their overall rating. I also listed all of the fake players for each team so they would easily sortable by filtering out all of the players with a real rating. That way when roster updates happen and players are added it will be faster to search the remaining rosters and remove the fakes from my listing.

As others have noted, there are several players in the game listed at a different position than the official team rosters have them at or they may be a year of eligibility off but I only have marked one or two of those as I wasn't as concerned with that yet. I also may have missed a player or two and marked them as fake. It happens and am correcting as I find them.

The next part of my project using this is to create a Week 1 depth chart listing for every team so it matches what the teams list in their game notes, with maybe just a few exceptions ignoring short term injuries or suspensions. Hopefully that roster file when finished could be used as a starting point of any dynasty. (UPDATE: Week 0 depth charts are done. I put all real guys in their respective two-deeps but missing from the game in italics for now.)

It's certainly difficult to sort through and figure out which guys to expect to be added down the road for all teams. Any input would be helpful.

I assume you haven't started digging back in since yesterday's roster update? But if you feel like this was close to perfect before that update, this would be a pretty useful way to figure out who was added yesterday.
