How many years in Dynasty?

Hey folks, i wanted to ask how many years can you play in dynasty? Does it go on forever? And what happens if it ends like in Madden?

Dynasty lasts 30 years. No idea what happens after you reach the end.

I was afraid of that. Since college football seasons are very short, 30 years are not that much. They should at least cap it at 100.

100 years is absurd lol but it would be nice if they bumped the cap up to 35-40ish at least. It's not totally unheard of to coach 40+ years in college.

I don't know many coaches that are 122+ years old.

I'd say cap it at 50 years would be more realistic, because 30 years is far too short. Could possibly have coaches in their 70's that way - which is realistic and more reasonable/accurate.

14 was capped at 60. This one is at 30.

I think 50-60 is just right for a dynasty limit.

Agreed. It should at least be 50 but I wouldn't complain about the 60 of old franchise.

100 would require a different role in dynasty IMO, you'd have to be controlling the university itself and then hire a HC who could retire or jump ship. Kind of like owner role in Madden franchise.
