Coaching Carousel in Dynasty is Demonically frustrating, not fun I hate this

Florida went 1-11 the coach had a 18% Job security and was not fired, then next year it was down to 6%, he still was not fired. Also There is zero logic, some coaches get zero offers despite going 14-0, or there best offer might be a DC job if lucky. but then other coaches get offers, it is fixed and rigged as well. the Alma Mater and pipeline has zero effect in my simulations, it doesn't change anything I have tried it and you still get zero offers even if you're A+ prestige. I think it worked one time where I was able to get the Iowa State job I wanted based on changing pipeline and alma mater with one certain coach, but all the other countless times it doesnt work. there is no logic here, its broken, ridiculous not even fun to play Ive wasted hours trying to get certain jobs and it doesnt work. Also after 2 weeks they only offer no name coordinators, like I was playing and the UGA coach left and was replaced with a unemployed level 25 DC or OC. you dont get any offers past two weeks despite Big schools being open. this is horrible and not fun at all. It is supposed to be a fun thing, I love coaching carousel and changes in real life, but this is no fun it is horrible rip off and infuriating. It shouldn't be this horrible and not fun. I have wasted hours of my life on this thing and I am at my wits end with it, and the demonic logic or lack of logic in this is something horrible and evil, a sick joke. I am going to church in a few minutes and I have to pray against this thing really it is that bad.

Also I hate having to wait a week to see who takes what job, by then it is too late because you don't get offered past 2 weeks only low level randoms get hired

Weird Q. But if you’re an OC at a small school, do you ever get offered the head job at that school?

In real life, a lot of coaches who do well move up, and say the OC either goes with or remains to become the new head coach.

No, it is not possible in this game. you cannot get promoted at the same school
