Tell me how I can get longer punts

I have tried everything to get longer punts. I average between 20 to 30 yards per punt. I will hit the very green center, yet plop goes the punt for 25 yards.

As for as the rest of the game I am enjoying it. Yes, I do have those occasional freezes and it boots me back out of the game but right now i am just playing in single games getting use to all the controls.

The power is the bar that fills the arrow. The more full, the more power.

Or you can increase the punt power slider

I have punt power set to 55 in my sliders.

If you hitting red on the vertical fill meter your over kicking which results in a kicking penalty

raise the punt power slider, been doing it since forever. Always plagued the NCAA series.

Has anyone played around with it and come up with a decent slider setting to mimic real life stats?

I noticed last night in my 10-user online dynasty that my punts seemed super short, so I went into practice mode with the ball on the 50 yard line and my max air yards on a perfect punt was the 15 yard line. That's only a 35 yard punt, and my punters kick power is 89.

So I went to the stats page and looked at punting stats nationally, and lo and behold, 10 of the bottom 15 were user punters.

A different user has a punter with 99 KPW, and his season average is only 41 yards.

IRL, the FBS punting average ranges from 37 yards (worst in FBS) to 50 yards (best in FBS).

Do you move the arrow down by moving the left stick up? Leaving it by default will only punt it higher. To get more distance you move the arrow down and the punt will go closer to 50+ yards.
