Considering how licensing works highly doubt this is anymore than people trying to click-bait into a discussion. The numbers look too low, some teams are still valuable as an asset even if they are terrible now (huskers) Just looks like those click-bait maps of "most loved team in each state"

You could be correct, but basing these numbers on a tier system using AP Poll finishes from the past 10 years.

That makes sense, if so.
