NCAA Football 11 Auto Sprint Xbox 360
Hey guys, does anyone know whether using the auto sprint button is more effective or a detriment?

I'm playing NCAA Football 11 on Xbox 360 and really can't tell what the difference is but I'm sure there has to be if there is an option to turn it on/off.

Any help would be much appreciated
