I completed the map but didnt steal 4M fans (because I am stupid). I then retried the map and stole 2 M more to get me to 4 yet I didnt get credit for achieving the goal. Shouldnt you be able to do that?

The map resets once you take the last stronghold. So you'd have to steal the 4 M in one playthrough I believe. Should get it if you do it again

OK, I will try to steal more and see if that works. The reason I thought there was an issue is because it showed 2/4 M after the map reset so I figured if I stole 2 more that would do it. We'll see...
