Are my 2nd Basemen cursed?

I think my 2nd basemen are cursed. No matter who I play there, they are among the worst hitters on my team. They all started off great then can't hit anything.

Joe Panik, Ian Kinsler, FB Omar Infante all hitting around .250
Even FB Jose Altuve who I only start against lefty pitchers (99 contact) is around .300.

I just got Daniel Murphy and I'm hoping my curse gets broken with him. He's hit 2 home runs in 3 games.

Anybody else have a problem like this???

actually now that I think about it, yes. i've struggled with DJ LeMahieu, FB Omar Infante, Joe Panik, and i've hit 9 solo homers with FB Ben Zobrist but he's only batting about .250 and he strikes out a lot.

the only guy I really had great success with was Cano against righties but I sold him because I figured I could replace him with FB Kinsler/FB Zobrist and I needed the stubs to complete feed missions. I kind of regret it but at the same time I didn't want to flood my lineup with lefties.

pick up Dee Gordon, he's cheap now and as long as he doesn't get nerfed due to steroids he's probably your best bet

I platoon Cano and FB Jimmy Rollins. No issues here.

I had Odor before he became a gold player. Hit around .350 with him. The day he became gold, I went 0-24 with him. Ever since then, whoever I put at second hits around .225 or less. Have tried FB Infante, FB Uggla, Trevor Story (whom I can hit over .440 with at SS), Brett Lawrie, and many more
