After Patch 1.04: All single player DD games result in "Challenge Failed" error

After installing patch 1.04 I get a "Challenged Failed" error when attempting to enter any single player game in Diamond Dynasty. Specifically the error occurs when I attempt to start a "Play versus CPU," Extra Innings or Conquest mode game. For me, patch 1.04 has made Conquest unplayable because of the "Challenge Failed" error.

Anyone else have these problems after patch 1.04?

Same thing. Getting the error in every mode. Got it in conquest during capture phase, got it trying to start extra innings game, got it trying to start a play vs cpu game...I was able to start a battle royale game but that disconnected in the 2nd inning, too.

Yes it's giving everyone the same problem, I have read a few boards, I my self was snake bitten and given two loses on DD on games which did not even start. The game was working just fine before this update patch, this is very disappointing to say the least.

I haven't been able to even play DD for almost two days now because of mismatched roster error.

I had this problem often until I found a solution about a week ago. I stopped connecting my PS4 to the internet using Wi-Fi and used a LAN cable. Now I only occasionally get the "mismatched roster" error.

nevermind i see what happened somehow i am under 1.03 still i was logged in before the new patch came out so im going to stall it for as long as i can. surprised it hasnt booted me off to download it yet but i am not logging off for as long as i can
