Players that are hated by whoever rates them

Jose Altuve is my main one. They guy was one of the best players in the league for a long time and got hurt for a very small amount of time and immediately gets a downgrade. Joc Pederson I know has recieved some upgrades but he seems stuck at 83 even though he is one of the best defensive and offensive CF in the game of baseball this year. JJ Hardy I have also noticed recieved a downgrade after he got healthy and started playing?!? This one was really weird to me but I guess he was better when he was injured according to them. Are there any other players people notice that this game just seems to hate and refuse to give them their just ratings? I can think of a few more like Arrenados defense and Greinke Cole and Sonny Gray not being Diamonds but Matt Harvey is.

As a Royals fan I might sound a little less than impartial but Salvador Perez, Mike Moustakas and Lorenzo Cain have been mashing lately and the two that were should never been downgraded in the first place but I guess we been bad so long the baseball gods still think we suck

non of those guys have been downgraded though. Moustakas has been upgraded once already. I'm almost positive that both he and cain will be gold when they redo the ratings for the all star break.

I believe Cain and Perez both started out as 85 as well as Gordon, which I didn't mention but his defense alone makes him worthy of being a gold alone. But I may be wrong. Seems I paid gold prices for them hahaha

Cain was only an 81 or so to start and then was upgraded after the first couple weeks.

salvador perez was always a silver. Alex Gordon started as like an 83 or 84 and was prematurely upgraded to gold. They downgraded him a few weeks ago.

I really don't understand how they update in this game. Is everything just a month late or something? I was shocked at how chris archer and gerrit cole weren't upgraded. Also shocked at jhonny peralta, brandon crawford, bryce harper, and jason kipnis

Arenado having such low defensive ratings is baffling. 75 arm strength? What? He's the second best defender outside of machado. Some updates don't make sense. So they upgrade Harvey a month in, Harper after a month and a half (deservedly so) but other young studs don't get the same treatment? I just don't understand the logic. Also, it seems like once a player becomes a diamond they don't bother anymore. Harper should be high 90s at this point. I've stopped hoping at this point because none of the choices make sense. How Harvey can become a diamond when he's not deserving, and Harper can because he's so young and this was how good he was projected to be as a prospect, then why doesn't the same apply to Cole? He too was the number one pick in the draft and he's been better than Harper the past few seasons and he's having the best season of his career thus far, but he's not worthy? Chris sale has been a k machine his whole career but he doesn't have a k9 rating higher than an 80? It's just confusing.
