                My new Xbox isn't registered..
             
 I received a new Xbox about 6 weeks ago after sending in my first one with RROD.  Anyways, as many of you probably know they send you a letter saying that they will register your new console, you don't have to do anything and on and on.  I checked today though on xbox.com and my console is not showing up.  Under my record it has all my personal information but it also says I have "no registered devices".  When I try to enter my serial number manually I get an error stating.."A problem occurred and your request cannot be completed".
 I'm a little worried that if something happens to this unit they will have no record of it.  I'm sure I'll have to put a call into Xbox customer support.  I dread doing this as it's always a frustrating experience.  I just wanted to see if anybody else out there had this issue.
