Any way to change my coaches available time?

Hey guys,

I had to get my college bball fix so started playing again. I have run into a problem that due to the generated schedule I have 4 non-conference games in one week, so none of my coaches have free time for recruiting. I could have swore there was a way to adjust your coaches gameplan time, practice time etc so I could free up time for them to recruit. I just can't seem to find it. Could be I am thinking of an earlier version or even the NBA version. Does anyone know if this can be done and how I would do it? thanks!
