Here there actually is a CH2k7 roster for original xbox on codejunkies. it's just under the named "Hoops 2k7". (if you search college hoops 2k7 it won't show up) Here's the link.

Good thing I found this because there's no original xbox roster on gamefaq. I am really glad I found this roster because I picked this game up a while ago and after watching the tournament this week, I got the itch the play some college hoops on my good ol' original xbox. this was the last college hoops game on original xbox, and boy is it a keeper.

The graphics, interface, and animations are amazing in this game.
