Re: 2017 Recruiting Thread

Very good class for Richt. One of the best OL hauls in the nation which is huge as that's the worst unit on the team and has been for awhile. Also brought in probably the fastest and most electric WR group in the country. Every position of need was filled with quality and there are no "Golden Specials" in this class. The speed brought in is going to make Miami Miami again.

Re: 2017 Recruiting Thread

All the powerhouse programs added some really nice pieces at the end.

It looks like Michigan is ~#5 in the recruiting rankings depending on the source. Obviously Donovan Peoples-Jones and Aubrey Solomon are the jewels of the class as the only consensus 5* guys, but for some reason I am looking forward to Luiji Vilain just as much. It's a shame that he didn't overlap with Mario Ojemudia, but a DL with Vilain, Solomon, and Rashan Gary could be one of the best in the country in 2018-2019.

A lot of these guys are going to get a serious chance to crack the 2-deep; we know Harbaugh is not shy about playing true freshmen. You'd have to figure 2-3 of these WRs are getting serious playing time, 1-2 of the OL will play, and Solomon will get a bunch of reps also.
