Does anyone actually think one of the new teams will have enough wins to go bowling over one of the teams thats already in FBS.

It seems that there is a worry that there will not be enough teams to go bowling every year now, but it's yet to happen.

Didn't that have to do with USC not being bowl eligible or something like that?

they made the argument that they were 6-6 before the PAC 12 game, so they shouldn't be punished for having to get killed by Oregon.
